Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Products like custom-made military tactical gear and personal protective equipment are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Email us at sales@anuvyom.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, ship the item to:

Refund Process:

• After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds are credited via the original payment method (PayPal, Razorpay, CC-Avenue).

International Orders:

Returns from outside India must be pre-approved, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
